Who are we?

It all started in 2015, when a friend of mine introduced me to a local coffee shop and roaster in Long Beach, California. At the time, I knew that Specialty Coffee was a growing industry, but I did not pay as much attention to it as I did with craft breweries and cideries. When I met the local roaster, who turned out to be our first Specialty Coffee client, he gave me a cup of Ethiopia Koke roasted the day before and my palate was blown away. 

Since that day, I have ditched the coffee creamer and have become a coffee fanatic. The old Target coffee maker at home has been thrown away and replaced with a pour over coffee maker, a Hario coffee kettle, and coffee beans that are roasted by local roasters or on trade from friends around the nation. 

Our goal is to protect and grow the passion of the Specialty Coffee Industry.
